About Me

My name is Henry Reuney and I am a passionate computer scientist, with an interest in Front End Development. During my time in high school, I was able to pursue internships that helped me develop my abiility to think systematically, collaborate powerfully, and communicate effectively. I was able to utilize these skills during my time with San Diego Futures Foundation, One Networking Organization, and Zeitios. These opportunities allowed me to build my experience as a computer scientist, and positively impact my community.

Competencies

Systematic Thinking

While working with Zeitios, I developed my knowledge in computer science by working on projects that include openAI, C# with Unity, and web development with Next.js and React. This experience transformed my ability to solve problems and create solutions, and improved my critical thinking.

Powerful Collaboration

At my internship at San Diego Futures Foundation, I worked alongside classmates sorting recycled electronics for reusability and saalvage. I got the opportunity to learn about hardware and software and I gained a lot of experience in working with my hands. I also got to practice and participate in my first interview.

Effective Communication

During my time with O.N.E., I was able to develop my communication skills by working with various clients to manage and examine web analytics and plan/design web layouts. I was able to connect with clients of many businesses, and tailor their displays to their needs.
